• “Non-Drop Guarantee” means our policy to maintain a minimum level of delivered engagement (likes, followers, etc) for a specified period (varies by product) as described on the relevant product page.

• “Order” means your accepted purchase via the Site for Services.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 We provide Services that help increase social media engagement (e.g., Instagram likes, TikTok views, Facebook page likes, etc.).
2.2 We guarantee to deliver the quantity ordered (subject to the Non-Drop Guarantee where applicable) and attempt to maintain that level, although actual engagement levels may vary due to platform policies or other factors beyond our control.
2.3 The Non-Drop Guarantee applies only to those products that explicitly state such guarantee on the product page. For other products, no guarantee is implied beyond our best efforts.
2.4 We do not guarantee any specific outcome such as increased revenue, follower retention beyond the guarantee period, or ranking improvements.

3. Orders, Payment & Delivery

3.1 Orders are placed via our Site. You represent that you are authorized to pay for the Order and that all billing information is true and accurate.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods listed on the Site.
3.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only; actual delivery may vary.
3.4 If you do not receive the ordered quantity, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery completion; otherwise you forfeit the right to claim under any guarantee.

4. Non-Drop Guarantee & Refunds

4.1 For products that carry a Non-Drop Guarantee, we promise to replace any units (likes, followers) that drop below the ordered quantity during the specified guarantee period stated on the product page.
4.2 The guarantee period varies by product — please refer to the product page for specifics.
4.3 Drops that occur due to normal platform purges, account bans, or policy enforcement are not always covered if beyond our control.
4.4 Refunds are only available if we cannot deliver the ordered quantity within our stated timeframe and are unable to fulfill the order within reasonable time at our discretion.
4.5 All guarantees and refunds are void if any of the following apply: (a) you breach this Agreement; (b) you request cancellations after delivery begins; (c) you request or promote engagement fraud or violate platform terms of service; (d) you provide false or misleading information.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any relevant social media platforms.
5.2 You must not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative purpose.
5.3 You must not request or use engagement that is entirely “bot”-driven or that violates the terms of the social media platform you are using.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any Order if we believe you are using the Services in a prohibited manner.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Site, content, graphics, logos, and mark “1000-Likes” are our intellectual property or used under license.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or goodwill) arising from the use of our Services.
7.3 We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from third-party actions (e.g., social media platform changes).

8. Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your Orders at any time for violation of these Terms.
8.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
